Deb has been a member of the Dynamic team for two months now as anexercise physiologist. She completed her Certificate IV in Fitness and soon after a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, gaining a strong interest in ‘Active Ageing’ and improving the outcomes for older adults, whilst working in womens health and fitness for 4 years. Developing a passion for “exercise is medicine” Deb embarked on a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology where she further developed her knowledge and skills in many different health domains. She also has experience in exercise prescription for musculoskeletal conditions, diabetes, cancer, osteopenia and osteoporosis, neurological conditions and many other areas of chronic health. In her spare time you can catch Deb trail running, park running, playing football (with Asquith Soccer Club) and running around her busy family to all their sport and school activities. “I love working in this vibrant multidisciplinary environment and I am excited to be apart of the DMP team.
